Claire & Dave had their wedding at The Barns Hotel in Bedford. It is such a stunning venue!
I have to say out of all of the types of venues barns are my ultimate favourite! I love that they do not need much decoration as they speak for themselves!
I met Dave outside the venue with some of his groomsmen who were having a few drinks waiting on the arrival of the bridal party, which soon arrived. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful & I always get so tearful!
Afterwards I let Claire & Dave mingle with their guests before organising the formal photographs. I always like to try and get these done not long after the ceremony so that the drinking and mingling can continue! As a natural photographer, this is where I love taking photos as I can capture people being themselves, and love capturing the children having the best time as well!
The reception soon crept up on us, which was also held in the barn & decorated beautifully. We had speeches after the meal from the best man, the droom & the mother of the bride, which are always entertaining! The evening soon came around with the first dance and some good ol' dancing, which is another of my favourite parts of the day, heck I love all aspects of the wedding, especially when there is enough cake for me! yummy!
